As important as the new general capacities that come with Cultural Maturity is how Cultural Maturity’s Changes alter how we understand. The way they do is essential to appreciating how Cultural Maturity represents not just a next chapter in culture’s story, but one of particular significance (for example, how it reconciles the Dilemma of Trajectory – see Reengagement in the previous section and as a specific topic in the Dilemmas, Myths, and Paradoxes section). Each of the topics in this section in some way help fill out the nature of these changes and how they produce the new ways of thinking, acting, and relating that come with Cultural Maturity.
